The Way of the Shaman^©  - FSS basic workshop in shamanism

In the basic workshop you will learn about the shamanic worldview and how you can use traditional shamanic methods such as
- learn shamanic journeys to alter your consciousness and to experience other realities
- discover spiritual guides, helpers or power animals
- learn the basics of shamanic healing and divination
- discover your hidden spiritual resources, transform your life, and learn how to help others

After completing the basic workshop, you can participate in FSS advanced workshops. (Go to FSS homepage for more about the other workshops and the terms: https://www.shamanism.eu). Mental and physical health is prerequisite for participation. The workshop is alcohol and drug-free. You participate at your own risk.
